Astrobright Cardstock (precut into 1" strips)
Tagboard or Cereal Box Base
Scissors + Gluesticks
Markers

Pre-cut Astrobright cardstock
Students draw various types of line on strips
Demonstrate how to fold, curl, and bend the strips.
Glue one line at a time onto the base.
Adjust the design for negative space.
